Some stability fixes, and improvemets in CLI and API
When using the Tugboat CLI to validate a config.yml file that was empty, a misleading error message would display. Now an appropriate error displays letting you know that the config.yml is empty.
Using the Tugboat cli to list keys will now list the key name without. Try it out by running `tugboat ls keys`.
