In the UI, there were some inconsistencies on preview states under some circumstances when rebuilding or refreshing. This is now fixed and previews states should reflect exactly their state in the server.
Previously, it was possible for a preview to get stuck in a random state, such as Refreshing, or Suspending. This can happen if a job in our backend is interrupted due to network connectivity issues. We now detect when a job has been interrupted and attempt to retry that job.
